Chamber of Commerce, SMEs associations and local institutions of the EU Member States and EFTA countries (Iceland and Norway) involved in the initiative are organizing 3-day National Worshops for raising the awareness of combating gender stereotypes in SMEs. Activities target staff of business and professional associations, training bodies, businessmen and businesswomen, managers within small and medium-size enterprises, human resource managers and all those who work to improve quality and competitiveness within SMEs.
